Outreach@HanfieldMississinewa Sports Ministry Team A group of 25 people, including some from Hanfield, went to Peru to minister to the people there through sports. They conducted sports camps, painted lines on basketball courts, ran a Vacation Bible School, and shared the love of Christ with the people there. They faced many challenges, but God saw them through each step of the way and they came out stronger because of it. The main lesson for the group was to look to the needs of others and not be afraid to share Jesus' love. At least one team member came back with a specific call to be a missionary as a result of being on this trip. |
