Mobilizing Disciples
Be a "mobilized" disciple for Jesus Christ by helping in any of the following areas:
- Communications & Technology - We need people to help us provide timely and effective communication to both our congregation and our community:
- copy writers
- web page design
- graphic designers
- photographers
- videographers
- audio/video editors
- Facilites
- SOS (Serve On Saturday) - small repairs, maintenance and detailed cleaning at Hanfield the first Saturday of each month.
- Grounds Team - mowing, landscape maintenance and other outside duties.
- Funeral Dinners - This team provides a funeral dinner for a family who has lost a loved one.
- Office Team - Assist with answering phones, data entry and materials preparation (sopying, collating, filing, bulletin stuffing) for all ministry areas.
- Placement Team - This team helps volunteers find their perfect fit in ministry.
- Short Term Ministries - Some ministry opportunities last only for a short time, such as a special one-time event. No long-term commitment needed!
- Sunday Morning Coffee
- Coffee Team - makes coffee before the first service
- Cleanup Team - cleans up the kitchen after the second service
- United Methodist Women - This team of women support other Hanfield ministries and community efforts
- Worship Arts
- Worship Team - instrumentalists and vocalists are always needed.
- Drama Team - actors and actresses of all ages and skill levels.
- Media Team - run MediaShout for Sunday morning services and special events.
- Sound Team - run sound for Sunday morning services and special events.
